Magic Kingdom

It truly is Magical.  We met Granddad & Grandma Nancy in Orlando for eight days of Mickey to celebrate Davis's fifth birthday.  And, celebrate we did!  We got up early each morning & went strong all day until we couldn't go any more.  It. Was. Awesome.  Exhausting, but awesome. :-) Staying on Disney property was definitely the way to go & took the hassle out of transportation.  Getting the free dining plan didn't hurt, either!

We went to Chef Mickey's for a special character breakfast to celebrate Davis's birthday.  He got a signed card from Mickey & friends.

Carter's class did a bat presentation in November that we all got to attend.  The kids each made a book with all kinds of details and organization in it.  Very cool.  Carter was so proud to show off his work to us.

We had a FULL Halloween Friday this year.  Two school parties and dinner at our house before hitting the streets to get candy.  I love it!

Fall Festivities!

We got the most out of our Costco Halloween costumes this year and did Trunk or Treat at Preschool, in our neighborhood AND the real Trick-or-Treating.  The boys had so much fun!

We also had our annual Halloween visit from Mimi, which means Birthday gifts for both boys.

I was lucky enough to get the day off on Carter's actual birthday (yay!), so we (and by that I mean Sean) spent all morning putting together a zillion new birthday Lego sets with the boys.  We took a family trip to the pumpkin patch that afternoon to get a break from all that brick work.  It was a fun, muddy outing.  The boys didn't seem to mind, but I'm glad we decided not to take the electric car.  Sorry, babe!
