Putting It Out There

After much thought and planning, we have decided to put our house on the market and see what happens. It is a great home, but becoming way too small for our family of four. We will certainly miss our proximity to downtown, great shopping and our favorite neighborhood coffee shops & restaurants. If the house sells, we are hoping to move West to be closer to Sean's work.

It was a VERY tough decision to stay in Colorado instead of moving back to Missouri, but we are hopeful that our next house will have enough space that our parents (and friends!) can feel comfortable visiting us as often as as frequently as they like. We love having visitors!

We have spent the past several weekends de-cluttering and working on projects to get the house ready to list. I posted some photos of Sean and Carter painting the kitchen. It went from green to grey and we are really happy with the results.
