Beilmans Out & About in St. Louis

We had so much fun enjoying the St. Louis Zoo with Grandma Pat & Grandpa Dan!  The sea lion show was fantastic! However, my favorite stop was the penguin house because it was ice cold in there.  The heat & humidity of Missouri in the Summer never ceases to make me crazy, so I could have stayed in that smelly penguin exhibit all day.  Plus, those little guys are cute!

 Davis cooling off at Uncle Marc & Aunt Cindy's pool!  We celebrated our niece Brooke's college graduation but unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures with her.  So disappointed about that, but we were very glad to be able to spend time with her and the rest of the family.  Such a great day!

Spring Visit From Grandma & Grandpa B

We had a great visit from Sean's folks a couple weeks back.  Since everyone was home on Friday, we decided to visit the Wings Over the Rockies museum in Lowry.  I've been wanting to take the boys for a few years, so I'm glad we finally made it happen!  Lots of cool stuff to see!

 This is the Star Wars X-Wing Fighter that Lucasfilms donated to the museum.  It travels all over the world to official Star Wars functions & one of the volunteers at WOtR even made a replica R2-D2 for it.  The boys loved it!

 Carter wanted the airplane kit of the F-18 because it is one of the fighter jets Grandpa Dan helped design! How cool is that?!

Thanks to Sean & Grandpa Dan, the boys have a cool new bunkhouse!  We love how it turned out!  

Grandparents+Car Show=Awesome

Sean's parents drove their camper out to Colorado last week and we were happy to spend some quality time during their visit!  Davis loved racing Hot Wheels with Grandpa Dan and Grandpa was a good sport even though he fixed the rules so Grandpa could never win.  

 Grandma Pat brought the boys some fun new Halloween books and helped get the grumpies out of Davis. 

On Saturday, everybody headed up to Georgetown for a car show.  Sean said it was a really good one (and he's been to a zillion, so I guess he would know) and it sounded like they had a great day!

Next Stop, St. Louis

The boys & I picked Sean up at KCI and drove on to St. Louis as a family.  It was SO nice to have another adult to rely on and to share the driving.  Who am I kidding? Sean did most of the driving the rest of the trip. We stayed with Sean's parents and got to spend time with all four of his siblings. As a special treat, Grandma Ioma & Aunt Rosemary were in town from Oklahoma.  I really enjoyed spending time with all of "the girls". (Nothing against the boys, of course.)  We had a Beilman Bash the first night with most of the cousins over.  Our boys LOVED it!
